In short: this website uses no tracking cookies, does not sell or pass on data about you, and what you tell me in therapy never goes through the website.

Who is responsible for your data

What data I collect and why
When you email me: your email address, your name and whatever you choose to write. I use them only to reply.
When you book (Cal.com): your name, email address, phone number (so I can reach you if something comes up about the session) and your answer to “How did you hear about me?”. Cal.com is the provider that runs the calendar for me. The form does not ask anything about why you are coming.
When you subscribe to the newsletter (beehiiv): your email address. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link at the end of every email.
Visit statistics: I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Google Ads: only if you accept in the cookie banner, a Google cookie shows me whether someone reached the booking page from an ad. No information about the reason for the consultation is ever sent.
Legal basis
I use your data to answer your request and arrange the appointment (steps before entering a contract), based on your consent (newsletter, Google Ads cookies) and on the legitimate interest of knowing how the website works (anonymous statistics).
Who else has access
Only the providers above (Cal.com, beehiiv, Cloudflare and, if you accept, Google), strictly for the service they provide. Some of them may store data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Data from therapy
What we discuss in sessions does not go through the website and never reaches any of the providers above. My professional notes are kept confidential, in line with a psychologist’s ethical obligations.
How long I keep data
I keep data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. For any of these, write to me at [email protected].
If you feel your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your country.
