Hello!

I’m Nora, a certified clinical psychologist & psychotherapist based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

I offer individual and couples therapy services, in both English and Romanian.

My main areas of expertise are various forms of anxiety, depression, narcissism, interpersonal relationships (be them romantic, familial) and emotional development/personal growth.

I am also very familiar with the issues younger people are facing in today’s age, such as technology/social media addiction, managing uncertainty and struggles with one's self image.

How long does a therapy session last? What if I need more time?

One standard individual session is 60 minutes, and one couples’ session is 90. If intense therapy is needed, or if you feel like you need longer sessions, we can prolong them to 90 minutes or 120 for couples, respectively.

My approach is mostly CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) based, but I do borrow a lot of techniques from other paradigms as well, such as Schema Therapy.

I strongly believe that the overall process and techniques used in sessions should be curated and adapted to each individual client, so that we can develop a trusting relationship. In other words - don’t worry!

There is no script you need to follow when starting your therapy journey. All you have to do is bring yourself, and I will bring the tools.
